In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "br888", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the br888 platform, operated under international gaming regulations and accessible at br888.bio.
• "Platform" means the br888 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services available at br888.bio.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a br888 account or is accessing the Platform in any capacity.

1. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the br888 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. br888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain credential security.
4. You must notify br888 immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party by contacting support at [email protected].
5. br888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

The br888 Platform is strictly intended for adults. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

br888 actively enforces age verification and operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. The following eligibility rules apply:

• Players must be aged 21 or above to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw on br888.
• br888 will request government-issued identity documentation (such as a valid CNIC or passport) to verify age as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail age verification will be permanently closed and all deposits returned to the verified payment source.
• Players who misrepresent their age during registration will have any winnings forfeited and their Account permanently terminated.

br888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. The following conditions govern all deposits:

1. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
2. br888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which br888 accepts no responsibility.
3. Deposits are typically credited to your br888 Account balance within seconds for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast transactions. Bank transfer credits may take up to two (2) business hours during normal banking hours.
4. br888 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit was made by the Account holder prior to processing any associated withdrawal. This may include a screenshot of the transaction confirmation from your mobile wallet or bank.
5. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your Account balance and used in gameplay. Please verify the deposit amount before confirming any transaction.
6. br888 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or payments from unrecognised third-party processors.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. A minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500 applies to all withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
2. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
3. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw until identity verification is successfully completed.

• Eligible Games: Not all games on the br888 Platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. • Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on a br888 Account at any given time.
• Abuse & Fraud: br888 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion, use of Arbitrage betting strategies on bonus funds, or any other strategy determined by br888 to constitute unfair exploitation of promotional terms.

All wagers placed on the br888 Platform — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets (including PSL cricket and international fixtures), and instant games — are governed by the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player after the wager has been accepted by the br888 system.
• br888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing, or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of the market.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session or sports event, br888 will apply a fair settlement procedure based on the game state at the point of interruption. Bets in progress at the time of a verified system outage will be settled in accordance with this procedure and the outcome communicated to the Player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market listing and may vary by game type, table, or event.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or any multiplayer gaming environment available on br888.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against br888 through a payment provider after receiving gaming services.
• Accessing the br888 Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited, where doing so constitutes a criminal offence under local law.

br888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Dormancy fees may apply to inactive Accounts as set out in the applicable fee schedule.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or responsible gaming purposes.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory direction requiring the suspension or termination of the Account.

Upon permanent Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending verification requirements and Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided no ongoing investigation is active.

br888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Pakistani Players. Gaming on the br888 Platform should be undertaken as a form of adult entertainment — not as a means of income or as a way to address financial difficulties.

br888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from Account settings without requiring a support request:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or Account balance due to technical failures, system outages, or internet connectivity issues outside br888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of specific games, betting markets, or Platform features due to maintenance, provider outages, or regulatory requirements.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, or partner banks.

br888's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their br888 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the br888 Platform — including but not limited to the br888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of br888 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or published without the express prior written consent of br888.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the br888 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any br888 Platform content.

br888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the br888 Platform following publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which br888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through br888's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified in br888's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent br888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
